Terms & Conditions

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is defined, the athlete forfeits the right of participation in competition. If no payment is received, no entry will be accepted.

Refund Policy

Athletes are entitled to be refunded based on not oraganising the competition by the District Athletics Association.

Cancellation

An Entry maybe cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the athlete is responsible for payment.

Complaints

Any complaints about Online Entry may be sent to our support team:

Hanumangarhathletics@gmail.com or (+91) 7610022226. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the District Athletics Association will be in contact as well.

Legalities

District Athletics Association is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the athlete has made the entry. If any injury is incurred in competition, the association shares no responsibility.
