Refund Policy
1. All fees once paid are non-refundable.
2. Double payment/wrong credit will be considered for refund after request and deduction of the bank
charges/Payment Gateway charges/Transaction Charges within 60 Days
3. In any case, if an athlete registered for a District competition led to participate in it, there will be no refund.
4. In any case, if a athlete did not meet the entry standards set by the Assoication for the competition and
entry is rejected, there will be no refund.
5. Association is not responsible for any payment done on external site links in the name.
6. If a competition is cancelled  due to unavoidable circumstances, the Entry fee will
be refunded upon advice of the management within 60 Days.
7. Association will also follow the refund official format of the payment gateway, if required.
